Return and Refunds

You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be unopened, in the same condition and in the original packaging. 

When you receive your refund, the cost of shipping of returning your item shall be deducted from your refund. 

A refund normally takes 7-15 working days from the date of collection. 

For Cash On Delivery (COD), cancellations prior to shipping will not require a refund. However if your order is out for shipping, please refer to our return policy.

For the wrong item received, please contact us by e-mail or phone with information on the wrong product, and we'll send you the correct one. In case If we don't have it, we'll send you a store coupon code or refund.
